3. Approved Marketing Methods

You may promote our products through the following channels:

• YouTube videos
• Social media platforms
• Email newsletters
• Product reviews
• Tutorials
• Online communities where promotional content is permitted
• Always disclose that you may receive a commission from purchases made through your affiliate links where required by law.

4. Prohibited Marketing Practices

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Spam emails or unsolicited messages
• Automated social media spam
• Fake reviews or testimonials
• Fake discounts or promotions
• False claims about pricing or product features
• Misleading advertisements
• Cloaking or hiding affiliate links for deceptive purposes
• Cookie stuffing or forced cookies
• Incentivized clicks without genuine purchase intent
• Fraudulent transactions
• Self-referrals
• Purchasing through your own affiliate link
• Creating multiple affiliate accounts

Any fraudulent activity may result in immediate termination from the Affiliate Program.

5. Paid Advertising

Unless you receive written permission from us, you may not:

• Bid on our brand name or product names in search engine advertising.
• Use our trademarks as advertising keywords.
• Create advertisements that impersonate our official website.
• Use domain names that are confusingly similar to our brand.

Examples include:

• official-ourbrand.net
• buyourbrand.com

These restrictions help prevent customer confusion and protect our brand.

6. Social Media

You are welcome to promote our products on social media.

• Do not create accounts pretending to be our company.
• Do not use our logo as your profile picture.
• Do not impersonate our support team.
• Do not respond to customers as though you officially represent us.
• Clearly state that you are an independent affiliate.

7. Content Standards

We encourage original, helpful, and informative content.

• Honest reviews
• Product walkthroughs
• Tutorials
• Comparisons
• Case studies
• Feature highlights
• Avoid copying large portions of our website or documentation.
• Do not publish illegal, offensive, hateful, or misleading content.

8. Pricing & Discounts

Only advertise prices, discounts, and coupon codes officially published by us.

• Do not invent coupon codes.
• Do not advertise expired promotions.
• Do not promise future discounts.
• Do not offer cashback or rebates unless specifically approved.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, product names, documentation, software, images, and other intellectual property remain the exclusive property of NativeCode.

Participation in the Affiliate Program does not grant ownership or licensing rights beyond promoting our products using approved marketing materials.

10. Commissions

Affiliate commissions are earned only on eligible completed purchases.

• Fraudulent purchases
• Self-purchases
• Orders that violate Affiliate Program policies

Commission calculations are handled by our affiliate platform.

11. Product Support

Affiliates are not expected to provide official technical support.

Do not promise support or services on our behalf.

12. Brand Assets

Approved assets may include:

Only use assets provided through our official website or affiliate portal.

13. Policy Violations

We reserve the right to:

• Remove marketing materials.
• Reject commissions resulting from policy violations.
• Suspend affiliate accounts.
• Permanently terminate affiliates who violate these guidelines.

Repeated or serious violations may result in immediate removal without prior notice.
