2. Nature of Digital Products
All products sold are intangible digital goods. Once access is granted and files are downloaded, the product is considered delivered. Because of this, refunds are limited and are only granted under specific conditions outlined below.
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Valid Refund Cases
- The product has a critical, reproducible core defect.
- The defect makes the script unusable as per the official documentation and demo.
- Our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
3.2 What is Considered a Defect
- Core features not working as demonstrated.
- Fresh installation failure on a supported server environment that meets our system requirements.
3.3 What is NOT Considered a Defect
- Server or hosting configuration issues.
- Failure to meet system requirements.
- Lack of technical knowledge.
- Third-party plugin or service conflicts.
- Customization requests.
- Design or UI preference changes.
- Performance issues caused by low server resources.
- Change of mind or accidental purchase.
- Business decision changes.
- Feature requests not listed on the product page.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- The product has been successfully installed and is working as intended.
- You have modified the source code.
- You purchased the product by mistake.
- You no longer need the product.
- Installation or customization service has already been provided.
- The license has been activated or used for a live project.
5. Duplicate Purchases
Refunds for duplicate purchases of the same product are only eligible if:
- The duplicate order was made accidentally.
- The product files for the duplicate order have not been downloaded or accessed.
- The license for the duplicate order has not been activated or used.
If the product has been downloaded, accessed, or the license has been activated, the duplicate purchase is considered consumed and is non-refundable.
Purchases of multiple licenses for the same product for different domains, projects, or clients are treated as intentional and are non-refundable.
6. Mandatory Support Requirement
Before requesting a refund, you must:
- Contact our support team.
- Provide complete details of the issue.
- Allow us the opportunity to investigate and resolve it.
Refund requests without prior support interaction will not be processed.
7. Refund Request Time Limit
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible.

9. Refund Processing

- Any delays caused by payment gateways or banks are beyond our control.
10. Purchases from Envato Marketplace
If you purchased our product through Envato, the refund must be requested through the respective platform and will be subject to their refund policy.
11. Abuse & Fraud Protection
- The policy is being abused.
- Multiple refund requests are made for the same product.
- A chargeback is initiated without contacting support.
