Twilio SMS Notification Plugin Configuration

Follow the steps below to configure the Twilio SMS Notification plugin and enable SMS notifications.

Step 1: Get the Account SID, Auth Token, and Twilio Number

Log in to your Twilio account.

From the Twilio Dashboard, copy the following credentials:

• Account SID
• Auth Token
• Twilio Phone Number

Log in to your Bookin Admin Panel and navigate to:

Plugins -> Twilio SMS Notification -> Settings

Paste the Account SID, Auth Token, and Twilio Phone Number into the appropriate fields.

Step 2: Create an SMS Notification Template

In your Twilio Console, open the Content Template Builder.

Click Create New.

Enter the following details:

• Template Name
• Language
• Content Type: Text

Then click Create.

Add your template content, including any variables you want to use, then click Save.

Click Save without samples.

Copy the generated Template SID.

Log in to your Bookin Admin Panel and paste the Template SID into the plugin settings.

If your SMS template contains variables, map them to the corresponding values in the plugin settings before saving the configuration.
