Twilio WhatsApp Notification Plugin Configuration

Follow the steps below to configure the Twilio WhatsApp Notification plugin and enable WhatsApp notifications.

Step 1: Get the Account SID, Auth Token, and Twilio Number

Log in to your Twilio account.

From the Twilio Dashboard, copy the following credentials:

• Account SID
• Auth Token
• Twilio WhatsApp Number

Log in to your Bookin Admin Panel and navigate to:

Plugins -> Twilio WhatsApp Notification -> Settings

Paste the Account SID, Auth Token, and Twilio WhatsApp Number into the appropriate fields.

Step 2: Create a WhatsApp Notification Template

In your Twilio Console, open the Content Template Builder.

Click Create New.

Enter the following details:

• Template Name
• Language
• Content Type: Text

Then click Create.

Add your template content, including any variables you want to use, then click Save.

Click Save without samples.

Copy the generated Template SID.

Log in to your Bookin Admin Panel and paste the Template SID into the plugin settings.

Note

If your WhatsApp template contains variables, map them to the corresponding values in the plugin settings before saving the configuration.
